What to expect

The interview will take place via video call and will be recorded.

It will last approximately 10–15 minutes, during which you’ll discuss your day by answering 3–4 questions. (Don’t worry: There are no right or wrong answers.)

1. What did your day look like yesterday? Please walk us through it.

2. What did you like and what didn’t you like? In other words, what made the day good (or brought good moments), and what contributed to making it less pleasant or neutral?

3. Which of the things you described had the greatest influence on whether the moments were positive, negative, or neutral?

4. What did you like or dislike about yourself that day, which affected whether or not you had a good time?

The participation is:

✅ Short and simple

✅ Anonymous if you wish

✅ A meaningful contribution to science and future wellbeing for you and your loved ones
