Maximize Good Times
Moving Forward.
With Certainty
Leave guesswork behind and gain clear direction for creating Good Times through the combined power of science and lived wisdom.
The Good Time Approach
Maximized Good Times as #1 objective
Defining Maximized Good Times as the primary objective while being flexible with the means.
Clarifying short- and long-term Good Times
Through scientific insights and individual measurements, life elements become visible, classifiable, and cataloged in the Four Playgrounds model.
Establishing Good Time Factors sustainably across all life areas
Implementing what supports both short- and long-term Good Times across all five life areas (Self, Social, Activities, Obtainments, Environment) while respecting human capacity to avoid overload and rebound effects.
Building structures
Building adaptive structures that support continuous flow while tracking their impact on experienced Good Times.
When We Know Life’s Data, We Can Navigate It With Clarity.
For most of human history, life was navigated through instinct, habit, and shared natural structures. Today, our environments are more complex than those instincts evolved to handle, leading many of us to live lives that feel unfulfilling.
The GoodTime App exists as a direct response to this evolution, grounded in interdisciplinary research, lived experience, and centuries of insight into how humans thrive.
It is the world’s first life dashboard and navigation system, designed explicitly to measure and systematically improve quality of life with data over guesswork.
Assess your current life and see it clearly in your dashboard.

Can We Have a Good Time Forever?
Watch Christian’s TED talk to explore the far-reaching consequences of a single question:
What if we commit to good times and design everything else flexibly around them?
A simple idea that, once understood, changes the way we live our lives, build societies, and operate our economies.
The Good Time Journey
Nothing felt more devastating than the thought of just bridging the next decades of my life living ‘OK’ until it ends. It slowly ate me from the inside, watching people around me give up on their dreams and surrender to the idea that this is it.
There had to be more to life than managing it to be OK. I couldn’t let go of finding ways toward what I knew I wasn’t alone in searching for:
A life deeply loved
What happens when people prioritize the pursuit of Good Times
"I’ve never met anyone like Christian who can help create such profound change in other people’s lives so quickly. I’m doing great, my business is thriving, and I’m finally fully booked with the people I genuinely want to work with. This has been a massive shift for me, and a big part of it is thanks to Christian's contribution."

“Back then, I cried every night before going to bed. I had no confidence, no goal, and I couldn’t give myself answers. That was deeply disturbing, because I always felt that this was the life I had to live and that I had to figure everything out on my own. Fortunately, I came across Christian, and he helped me find answers. Through this mentorship, I gained confidence in myself. Now, even when I feel stuck, have questions, or face uncertainty, I know I can conquer the things I want in life. This mentorship gave me the ability to plan and to move forward.”

"I feel like a new person. My former self in her previous chapter is finished and now it's a new chapter. I can present myself now more to people without thinking that they might not accept me. And that's OK now, because I already accept myself - also in the public and not hide myself in front of people anymore. Now I can balance my health AND Go Go Go in life."

The Science of Good Times
What do humans ultimately strive for, and what foundational principles, across cultures, contexts, and time, enable progress toward it?
Witnessing how people are pulled in many directions throughout their lives, often holding tightly to conflicting ideas of what they should pursue, these questions would not leave Christian’s mind.
The quest to answer them through cross-cultural observation, interdisciplinary study, and systematic experimentation ultimately led to the development of a new field of study: The Science of Good Times.
As part of ongoing Ph.D. research at Shanghai University, it explores why Good Times are a fundamental driver of human life, how they can be measured, and what becomes possible when individuals and societies learn to navigate toward them consciously, rather than leaving them to chance.
