Course objective

This course equips the students with nothing less than a tool that has the potential to make their biggest ambitions and wishes come true. Thereby, it let them understand how habits work and for what they can use them. It provides them further a how-to guide which enables them to implement any habit they want or need in order to achieve their goals, as well as tells them how to free themselves from bad ones that hold them away from those. In addition, it discusses in particular 6 basic habits many successful people count on as well as how those affect each other. The course aims for bringing any participant who really wants to succeed in life, in an upward spiral in life with a tool they can use for their studies, private life, and further professional life. Course solutions that fit in your schedule

2 hours / 1-2 sessions

The crash course equips the students with the theoretical knowledge. In the case only one session is available, it will focus on the objective of bringing them the awareness of the importance of having the right habits. With that, students shall be motivated to implement consciously new habits or eliminate bad habits by themselves. The session discusses in short some useful tactics they can use to help them as good as possible to be successful by themselves.

9 hours / 2-3 sessions

As habits are something that do not get implemented over night, the course is designed to be hold over a period of 4 weeks. During this time the students get inspired and support to work already on one habit they would like to implement. This format allows us to evaluate the progress together and discuss upcoming questions and difficulties students face on the way.
