1:1 SUPPORT
FOR CLARITY ON CHALLENGES IN LIFE
What’s behind
“When I started at the age of 19 to present the offer of my first university to audiences, I asked them: ‘What do you want to do in life?’ and I kept getting the same answer: ‘I don't know’, telling me that, they lack clarity in diverse life areas and about themselves. At first, I didn't think this was much of a problem, but after literally receiving the same answer from more than 10,000 people (from students to self-employed businessmen), I wondered if this was really normal and if it was having an impact on their lives. Yet I was little prepared for the answer.
My research and experience aligned with the increasing trends in the economy, health, and overall life satisfaction. Millennials (1981 - 1996) compared to previous generations, showed a tripling turnover rate in the economy (or ditched ambitions when self-employed), but even worse a doubling of the rate of mental health disorders, even impacting the suicide rate among Millennials compared to previous generations. Thereby, a devil’s cocktail that makes people of those generations so vulnerable, is especially the stand of their development in combination with the social pressure to which they are exposed.
But it does not have to be hard since often even a little nudge in a different direction can make a world of difference in the long run of someone’s life.
Meanwhile, I focus all my work on making the right impact on individuals' lives. Sometimes I work with little nudges, sometimes I offer more intensive support based on my research and practical experiences. These 1:1’s are the intensive support for people who are seriously looking for a way to make an aspired life come true. Getting clarity and having more self-confidence, better health, more joy in their work, and eventually even better relationships.”

“I took a 1:1 package with Christian on the topic of "Confident Appearance" and "Self-Confidence", and I can highly recommend it. Christian is a very impressive personality who puts a positive and lasting impact on lives over profit. He is very reflective, organised, trustworthy and in his way of thinking unique. In each session I had new realizations and aha-moments, true game changers, that changed my mindset and self-perception for the better. I got to know myself better, uncovered the causes of my insecurities and found solutions for them. Today, I am very happy to count him among my friends.”
